Ideas Grow When People Have a Place to Build Them

POP Life brings entrepreneurship education into classrooms, workforce settings, and supportive housing. We help participants discover what they can create, develop practical skills, and connect with people who can help them move forward.

Three program pathways. One purpose: economic empowerment through entrepreneurship and partnerships.

Young people presenting a business idea1
Youth Training

Young Minds. Bold Ideas. Bright Futures.

The POP Life Youth Entrepreneurship Academy gives young people the space to explore ideas, solve problems, work with others, and find their voice. Through hands-on projects and mentorship, participants learn entrepreneurship, leadership, communication, financial literacy, and how to present a business idea with confidence. Our six-week summer model culminates in a pitch presentation and a plan for what comes next.

For young people, schools, youth organizations, and workforce partners.

Adult Training

Turn Your Experience Into Opportunity.

The Adult Entrepreneurship Academy is a practical 60-hour training track for people ready to build a business or turn an existing skill into a path toward ownership. Participants work through customer discovery, business models, budgeting, marketing, partnerships, and pitching. They develop a business roadmap, pitch deck, and clear next steps. Organizations can offer the academy as a stand-alone program or add it to workforce training in fields such as construction, culinary arts, and technology.

How We Teach

Learn It. Build It. Put It to Work

POP Life training starts with the person and the opportunity in front of them. Participants develop ideas, talk with customers, practice their pitch, meet entrepreneurs, and take steps they can use beyond the classroom. Students learn to recognize their strengths, understand what others bring, and build relationships around shared goals.

Depending on the program and cohort, participants may have opportunities to pursue the USECE entrepreneurship credential and take part in learning experiences such as a NASDAQ workshop.

Workforce Development Pathway

From Student to Instructor

Entrepreneurship training can open a door to business ownership and to meaningful work helping others build. POP Life's student-to-instructor pathway gives qualified graduates a chance to continue developing as peer leaders and paid assistant instructors. With experience and instructor training, they may progress toward lead instructor roles.

The Path Continues

Graduation Is a Milestone. Building Continues

A pitch, business plan, certificate, or credential marks meaningful progress. Next steps may include coaching, a business launch, employment, further training, or an instructor pathway. We want participants to leave with a practical plan, stronger relationships, and the confidence to take their next step.
