Today, Tony and Teasha Pitts bring their strengths together to turn that lesson into entrepreneurship education, relationships, and pathways to economic empowerment.
A BETTER Way to Build
Tony has spent more than 35 years as an entrepreneur across real estate, construction, retail, entertainment, and other industries. He knows the excitement of a new idea and the weight of trying to carry every part of it yourself.
His journey has also included difficult setbacks. At one point, he experienced homelessness. As he rebuilt, relationships opened opportunities he could not have created alone. Those experiences reshaped how he understood business and became the foundation of POP! The Power of Partnerships.
Teasha brought her own entrepreneurial experience and vision to the work. Together, they began building a platform that puts the partnership philosophy into practice for people at different stages of life and business.

Tony is a serial entrepreneur with more than 35 years of experience building ventures and partnerships across multiple industries. His path from hardship and homelessness to business ownership shaped the lessons in POP! The Power of Partnerships and his commitment to helping others turn ideas into opportunity.
As a speaker and instructor, Tony brings lived experience into the classroom and onto the stage. He leads POP Life's entrepreneurship vision and teaches people how to break barriers, build businesses, and grow through purposeful partnerships.

Teasha helps shape the vision and guide the operations that bring POP Life programs to life. She brings experience in business development, project management, real estate, construction, hospitality, and small business. As co-founder of Thinkbox LLC, she has managed projects, rehabs, and investments across Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
Teasha is also the creator of the Love & Business Series, a collection of resources for women entrepreneurs and couples building businesses together. Her work reflects a belief that strong relationships, thoughtful strategy, and shared purpose can support both a thriving business and a meaningful life.
