POP LIFE GLOBALWebsite guide · Prepared for Tony & Teasha Pitts
Your site is built.
Let's cross the finish line together.
Everything you need in one place: what's new, how to run the back office, the brand rules that keep it all consistent, and the few things we need from you to finish.

What's new
Six things the site does now
The build is complete and live. These are the upgrades from this final round.
Every button works
Reserve and Buy buttons on the Book and Shop pages open one order form. At launch, one switch turns them into buy links.
Same site on every screen
Phones and tablets get the same hero, ecosystem orbit, portraits, quotes and cards as desktop.
Community nights
A new Events page with RSVP, seat counts, reminders and a check-in list for the door.
QR codes for every room
Print a code for a stage, flyer or book insert. Every scan becomes a contact, tagged by where it came from.
Stories on autopilot
The morning after each event, guests are asked to share a sentence. Approve it and it joins the home page.
POP Studio
Your own back office. Every form, RSVP, scan and order lands on one contact list with a follow-up task.
The pages
Thirteen doors, one movement
Every page ends in a clear next step, and every form feeds POP Studio.
POP Studio
Your back office, built into the site
Sign in at /studio with the email your invite went to. It's the employee that never sleeps: it captures, follows up, reminds and reports, so the pipeline isn't managed by you.
The five-minute daily routine
- 1Open TodaySee who joined, who's in conversation, and anything past due.
- 2Clear TasksReply to each person, then tick the task. Speaking and media come first.
- 3Move the pipelineChange a person's stage after a call so the board stays true.
- 4Approve storiesAnything waiting in Stories goes on the home page with one tap.
Today
The dashboard: community size, new this month, in conversation, past due, open orders, event show rate.
People
One record per person with their full timeline. Search, filter by segment, export.
Pipeline
New → Nurturing → Engaged → Attended → In conversation → Proposal → Won.
Tasks
Follow-ups that open automatically, owned by Tony, Teasha or the team.
Events
Create a night, set it to Open, and it appears on the site. Check people in at the door.
QR Doors
Make a code, download the PNG, print it. Scans and signups count themselves.
Broadcasts
Email a segment or everyone. Send yourself a test first.
Sequence
The four welcome emails every new member receives. Edit the words anytime.
Stories
Approve or hide testimonials.
Orders
Every reservation and order, from reserved to fulfilled.
Import
Upload an old list as a CSV. Duplicates merge automatically.
Settings
Every email address and link the site uses, in one place.

How POP Life looks and sounds
The rules the site is built on. Use them for flyers, posts, slides and emails so everything feels like one brand.

Type
Headlines · Montserrat Black
POP! THE POWER OF PARTNERSHIPS
Body · Open Sans
Discover the blueprint for breaking entrepreneurial barriers, building strategic relationships, and growing without limits.
Signature · Dancing Script
Tony Pitts
Signatures only, never headlines.
Voice: good news, not sales
People stay because they feel part of a movement, not a mailing list.
Say “Our community is growing.”
Say “Someone else just joined because they believe in the power of partnerships.”
Say “Here is what we are building together.”
Say “Nobody builds great things alone.”
Skip “Buy now before it's too late.”
Skip “Limited spots, act fast.”
Skip “Don't miss out.”
Photos
- True to color. No colored tints or see-through overlays on faces.
- Shown whole. Heads, hands and the book are never cropped off.
- The "money shots." Wide, bright, 1024px or larger, with transparent cutouts of Tony and Teasha for heroes.
- Real people first. Community nights, stages and handshakes over stock photos.
Professional email
One domain for everything
Every system email is sent from hello@ and replies go to Teasha. Alerts route to whoever owns that doorway.
Public contact (Teasha)
Every program, partnership, speaking and contact inquiry, the daily summary, and replies to every system email.
Tony
Speaking, media, partnership and program alerts (Teasha is copied), plus anyone who writes to Tony directly.
System sender
The address confirmations, welcome emails and reminders are sent from. Replies go to Teasha.
The finish line
Seven things from you, and it's complete
Each one switches on something that's already built. Reply to our email with whatever you have; there's also a task for each in ClickUp.
